As our refurbished photocopier stock is constantly changing we will show details on machine categories with typical minimum specifications.

Most clients select their photocopier equipment using 5 criteria:

1. The price or cost of the photocopier
2. The Copy speed and therefore monthly volume capability
3. The Copy quality and reliability
4. Whether it is colour or mono
5. Accessories needed such as staple, fax, print etc

Our Prices show a speed if not the exact make and model as these vary with stock availability, predominantly we will be offering 3 manufacturers - Canon, Minolta [or Konica Minolta] & Ricoh.

Our prices show the basic specification models, stock may include versions with staple or booklet finishers which will have a small charge added.

We show 2 prices:

1. Standalone model not capable of being linked to a computer network
2. With Network Interface Cards and Controllers to link to your network (PC's not Mac's) this option is based on your own system
