As our refurbished photocopier stock is constantly changing we will show details on machine categories with typical minimum specifications.

PLEASE NOTE: There are 2 types of “COLOUR” copier

• Smart Colour
• Full Colour

Smart Colour – These machines are typically cheaper to buy but more expensive to run. They are designed with a fast mono copy speed say 25 – 30 ppm and slower colour speed say 7 ppm. We will not install without advising you that if your colour usage is more than 20% reliability may be affected. To clarify if in 100 copies you produce 80 mono copies and 20 colour which only have 1 word in colour this is a 20% usage – regardless of how much colour toner is used.

Full Colour – These machines are designed with a typical office environment in mind and have a good copy quality. However, if you are in a graphics environment you may need a FIERY RIP. If in doubt please ask us.

Most clients select their photocopier equipment using 5 criteria:

• The price or cost of the photocopier
• The Copy speed and therefore monthly volume capability
• The Copy quality and reliability
• Whether it is colour or mono
• Accessories needed such as staple, fax, print etc

Our Prices show a speed if not the exact make and model as these vary with stock availability, predominantly we will be offering 3 manufacturers - Canon, Minolta [or Konica Minolta] & Ricoh.

We show 2 prices:

1. Standalone model not capable of being linked to a computer network
2. With Network Interface Cards and Controllers to link to your network (PC's not Mac's) this option is based on your own system
